A nurse with 2-3 years tele/stepdown would be a high level GS-09 or low to mid 10. But there's a lot of "wiggle room" in the levels for instance 909 can expect a wage anywhere from $35,000 annually to $95,000 annually.

Nursing Jobs in The UK
EDUCATION
Since the 1990's, UK nurses are educated to Diploma, Bachelor's and even undergraduate master's degree levels.There also post-graduate courses for graduates with a degreee in a health related subject.They undertake their training at universities and in placements in healthcare services.The student will train in adult, child, mental health, or learning disabilities branch.
REGISTERED NURSES
To become a nurse with the United Kingdom. one must at very minimum hold a Diploma in Nursing and have trained for 3 years, or 2 years on an 'accelerate' course, (or equivalent it from overseas).After training, the opportunities are vast, with many different areas of nursing, from general ward to teaching or management. Also the practise areas, can be in hospital, or the community or both.
The nursing and the midwifery council in the UK is the regulatory body for nurses, midwives and specialist practitioners. It maintains a register that is split into 3 parts:-
* Nursing
* midwifery
* Specialist Community Public Health Nurses
In addition to this, there a two levels of a nurse: first level nurses trained for 3 or 4 years (RGN, RMN, RSCN, RNMH, RNchild, RN adult, RN mental health, RN Learning disability).
Where as second level nurses are the state enrolled nurses(SENs) who trained for 2 years. The SEN training has been phased out, with many SENs retiring or converting to level one through further study.
Registered nurse are able to undertake advanced practice training, commonly at advanced degree level to become specialist nurse in various fields, such as Emergency Nurse Practitioner. These nurses will have obtained, in addition to the basic registration with the NMC an advanced recordable.
Many nurses are members of trade unions, which represent them both individually and as a profession.The two man Unions are Unison and the Royal College of Nursing .

About My Darling!!!!!
Hello guess.....
i hoped all of you happy and anytime so well......
I want to shared with all of you about "My darling"... he he.
I'm so loved her so much as my best friend and my housemate...
She is .... Nurul Mawaddah Binti Shukri. She is eighteen years old .She comes from Sungai Petani, Kedah.She was born on the twenty first of Mei 1990. She is the second from fourth sibling and have sister was studied in college University of Islam Selangor.Her sister also a nurse and now practical at University Sains Malaysia at Kubang Kerian, Kelantan..
She's studying for a Diploma in Nursing at Hospital University Kebangsaan Malaysia(HUKM) in Faculty of Medicine.She 's now staying with me at Apartment of Prisma Perdana which is near to our campus.
She want to be a successful nurse because it her ambition since a long time and she get encourangement from her family to be a nurse.
Addition of that, she likes working with the society and she's interested in biology and medical.She also inclined toward to study and doing paperwork but she does not really inclined towards doing practical.To be a successful nurse, she always study hardly.However, she also active in co-curriculum.
She'd like to be a cardiologist nurse because she really interested with the heart and she thinks the heart is very important to human beings and as a cardiologist specializes in illnesses of the heart and blood vessel,she must study hard to achieve her dreams.....She also likes psychiatric nurse because she really likes to step oneself or deepen in perception other person.
One day, she hopes to work in a Jebel Ali International Hospital in Dubai.
She's is good person and be responsible for people and making them feel comfortable and she's very organized.In her freee time she will goes out to window shopping most weekends with me and housemate.She also likes surfing internet to learn and get any knowledge.
At the end, i want to thanks to her because she want to be my friend , and i want to say to her , that i love her as my friend......

Nazira has 5 siblings and she is the oldest.She has 3 brothers and a sister.she loves all her family members expecially her sister.Nazira's hobby same like me that is shopping.Thats why we always going out together and have same taste.She also likes sleeping and eating.Her father's name is Zulkefli b.mohamed work as wiring and her mother's name is suaidah bt.Aziz work as primary school teacher.
Now,she is studying at National Malaysia Universiti,Cheras campus for a Diploma In Nursing.She has practicals next month so at this moment she is busy studying hard because she will has an exam after the practicals.Do you know??Nazira really want to be a nurse because for her nursing is the good profession other than another profession.She likes working with people and easily feel pity with people,so this profession is suitable for her.She also like helps people and she is hardworking girl.Nazira want to be cardiology nurse because she really like that scopes.I hope Nazira will achieve her ambition to be cardiology nurse.She also want works at Arab Saudi because the salary is higher than our country she can easily go to Makkah to do umrah and haji.

My friend
My friend name is Aishah binti Abdul Rasid.She is 18 years old,born at 02 december 1990 at Al-Arqam Clinic,Gombak.She lives at NO 7,Jalan Pinggiran 3/1,Taman Pinggiran Batu Cave,68100 Batu Cave,Selangor.Her hobby was surfing the internet and make a new friend.She has four siblings and she is the third.Her eldest brother,Aizat was 22 years old while the second.Ahmad Arif was 19 years old.Both of them were study at Kuala Lumpur Univercity(UniKL).Aizat is taking the computer engineering while Arif at electrical engineering.Her younger brother,Ahmad Asnawi is a student at Sekolah Menengah Kebangsaan Hillcrest at form 2.Her father,Abdul Rasid bin Lob,works as a Vice Director at MARA and her mother,Siti Salmiah is a housewives.She want to become a nurse because shse like to help people and its a good job.

Noor aliffah nabila bt rozli is 18 years old. She comes from Bukit Mertajam, Pulau Pinang. she’s the only a gurl in her family. She has 5 brothers and she’s the youngest. She loves all her family members. now, she’s studying at National Malaysia University in diploma in nursing. Actually, she didn’t interested in becoming a nurse. But, after she noticed that nurse is a noble job and it’s very demanding at overseas, she becomes more excited to be a nurse. she has to finish her diploma for three years. She has been given scholarship by UKM thus, she needs to give her commitment as a nurse there for seven years.
She has own plans. After working at UKM for seven years, she wants to give her contribution to KPJ at Bukit Mertajam, Pulau Pinang. The hospital is just around her hometown. Thus, it would become more easily to her to go there. She’s the only a daughter in her family, hence, she realizes her responsibility to take care both of her parents. For extra salary, she also dreams to work abroad. She wants to go to Brunei Darussalam. She’d like to be a paediatric nurse because really loves children and she couldn’t see them in trouble. She said that, nowadays, children needs more attentions from their family and others. She’s very good in treating children. Besides that, she also wants to work as a surgery nurse because it is the one of the challenging job.
In her free time, she likes singing with her family. At the same time, she also wants to be an artist to become a famous person. That’s her ambition since 10 years old. She also good in doing housework like sewing, cooking and many more. She really hopes she could achieve all her ambitions.
